Do you want to learn about fry and Parr? Fry are twice the size of elvin! When the yolk sack is all used up, the bottom of the fry is silver. They are about three-four cm. They have teeth, scales and fins. If they develop black marks they are called parr.
They left the redd so they live in the open water. They eat fish eggs, water insects and plankton. Bigger fish and birds are threats.
Fry use their swim bladder for the first time to move in the water.
